Congratulations on purchasing Kriztle Aquapolis Products which are designed and manufactured to conform the most rigid standards of quality, reliability and safety.
Upon purchase, you are requested to do the product warranty registration within 30 days of the date of purchase at www.kriztle.com or fill in the warranty card supplied along with the product and send us within 30 days of the purchase of the product. Warranty will be void, if not registered within 30 days.

2 YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY

Your Kriztle Aquapolis Products are fully warranted against any type of manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of registered purchase. In the event of the failure of the unit due to manufacturing defects, we undertake to repair or replace the unit free of charge at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damage to any part of the Aquapolis Products due to accident, misuse, willful damage, normal wear and tear, claims arising from theft, fire or natural calamities of any type.

3 YEAR EXTENDED SERVICE WARRANTY

After the completion of 2 year product warranty, you will be entitled to an extended 3 year service warranty where the labour charges will be free of cost. However, consumables and spare parts shall be chargeable.
Both the above warranties do not cover damages resulting from:

•       1. Installation to wrong or erratic power supply.
•       2. Usage not in accordance with the instruction manual.
•       3. Any alteration or modification to the unit.
•       4. Repair by unauthorized persons.
•       5. Damages or loss of efficiency due to poor quality of inlet water or poor handling.

LIFE TIME SERVICE BACK UP

After 5 years (2+3 years) of warranty period from the date of purchase invoice, we continue to extend our service as and when you need it. During this period, labour, consumables and spare parts shall be charged at actual costs.
